1989～90年製、Jシリアルのフジゲン期「ST62-770LS」が入荷いたしました。
ピックアップは「Fender Lace Sensor Gold」3基。
さらにアクティブ・ミッドブーストが搭載されており、某ギタリストのシグネイチャーモデルを彷彿とさせる仕様となっています。
木材はアルダーボディ、メイプルネック、ローズウッド指板という構成。
ネックシェイプは適度な厚みで握り込みやすい「Oval Type」、指板は184Rとなっており、当時のフェンダー・ジャパンの定番スペックが採用されています。
外観はスリキズや打痕、塗装のひびや欠け、パーツのくすみやサビ等が見受けられ、年代相応の状態です。
ミッドブースト用のバッテリースナップが交換されており、またミッドブーストの基盤の一部パーツが交換(劣化によりリペア)されています。
フレットは当店入荷時に打ち換えられており、それに伴いナットも交換されています。
トラスロッドの動作も問題なく、演奏性は良好です。
中古市場でもあまり見かけることのないレア仕様の1本です。

We have received an "ST62-770LS" model from the Fujigen era (1989–90), featuring a "J-serial" number.
It is equipped with three "Fender Lace Sensor Gold" pickups.
Additionally, it features an active mid-boost circuit, boasting specifications reminiscent of a certain famous guitarist's signature model.
The instrument features an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fretboard.
It employs the standard specifications typical of Fender Japan models from that era, including the "Oval Type" neck profile—which offers a comfortable thickness that is easy to grip—and a fretboard with a 184mm (7.25-inch) radius.
Cosmetically, the instrument shows signs of wear consistent with its age, including scuffs, dings, cracks or chips in the finish, and tarnishing or rust on the hardware.
The battery snap for the mid-boost circuit has been replaced, and certain components on the mid-boost circuit board have also been replaced (repaired due to deterioration).
The frets were refretted after the instrument arrived at our shop, and the nut was replaced at the same time.
The truss rod functions properly, and playability is excellent.
This is a rare specimen with specifications seldom seen even on the used market.
