80年代にUKロックを再定義したthe Smithsのギタリストであり、数多くのギタリストに影響を与えてきたジョニー・マーの美学を集約したシグネイチャー・モデルが登場。

本人が愛用している65年製ジャガーをベースにしながら、「スイッチ・システムをシンプルに」という要望に応じてモディファイ。1弦側ホーン部にはテレキャスター・タイプのピックアップ・スイッチを採用。Position 1： Bridge Pickup / Position 2： Bridge and Neck Pickups (In Parallel), / Position 3： Neck Pickup / Position 4： Neck and Bridge Pickups (In Series) 6弦側ホーン部には、より煌びやかなハイエンドを演出する"Bright Switch"を搭載。

全てのピックアップ・ポジション共通のスイッチと、ポジション4(Neck and Bridge In Series)にのみ有効なスイッチ。

ムスタングのサドルを採用。ピックアップは62年製ジャガーをベースにしたCustom Wound Bare Knuckle Johnny Marr Pickupを搭載。
