1960年代に人気を博したビニールカバリングが特徴的なアンプメーカー「Kustom」。
1960年代後期、創業者のBod Ross氏によるデザインのユニークなエレクトリック・ギターが製作されました。
こちらの「K200 A」は、オリジナルBigsby B5トレモロを搭載したモデル、'66年ポットデイトより1967年頃の製造と判断いたしました。
当時の流行を思わせる非常にスリムなネックシェイプと、大ぶりで滑らかな面取りが施されたホローボディ構造、台形型のカバーが珍しいディアルモンド製"ダイナソニック"ピックアップをマウント。"ドミノ"ポジションマークや奇抜なカラーリングも相まって、他のブランドとは異なるセンスに魅力を感じます。
ホローボディによる軽量さと、ダイナソニック・ピックアップの素直な音色は、GretschやRickenbackerにも似た明るく軽快サウンドにしがっており、実に味わい深いものがあります。
年代相応のキズは塗装・パーツの傷みがございます。
フレットは部分的に摩耗が見受けられ、低くなっている箇所が見受けられます。
現状のネックコンディションは良好で、トラスロッドは締め・緩めどちらもしっかりと効きが確認できます。
近年製のGATORハードケースが付属いたします。

Kustom, an amplifier manufacturer known for its distinctive vinyl coverings, gained popularity in the 1960s.
In the late 1960s, unique electric guitars designed by founder Bod Ross were produced.
This "K200 A" model features an original Bigsby B5 tremolo and, based on the '66 pot date, is estimated to have been manufactured around 1967.
This guitar features a remarkably slim neck shape reminiscent of the trends of the time, a hollow body construction with large, smoothly beveled edges, and DeArmond "Dynasonic" pickups with unusual trapezoidal covers. The "domino" position markers and striking color scheme further enhance its unique and appealing aesthetic, setting it apart from other brands.
The lightweight design of the hollow body and the straightforward tone of the Dynasonic pickups create a bright, lively sound similar to Gretsch or Rickenbacker guitars, resulting in a truly distinctive and enjoyable tone.
There are scratches and wear on the paint and parts commensurate with its age.
The frets show some wear in places, with some areas being lower.
The neck condition is currently good, and the truss rod functions properly in both tightening and loosening positions.
A recently made GATOR hard case is included.
