レスポールタイプのソリッドギター、セミアコ、フルアコと幅広いラインナップを擁し、1985年のブランド発足から40年が経過している現在でも根強いファンを持つ人気ブランドです。
本機は初期の1986年にカラマズー工場にて製造された「H-140」です。
木材は美しい杢目の1ピース・カーリーメイプルトップ／1ピースマホガニーボディ、マホガニーネック、ローズウッド指板という構成。
レスポールをスリムにしたような独特のボディシェイプ、厚みの薄いボディバック材により3.88kgと比較的軽量な仕上がりです。
ネックグリップはスリムなシェイプとなっており、深めのカッタウェイも相まってハイポジションへのアクセスもスムーズで、演奏性は良好です。
ピックアップはオリジナルの「Schaller Humbucking」が2基マウントされております。
ヴィンテージテイストのPAF系ピックアップで、艶やかで太くクリアなサウンドが印象的です。
外観はスリキズや打痕、塗装のひびや欠け、ウェザーチェック、パーツのくすみやサビ等が見受けられます。
コントロールノブの一部が交換されています。
フレットは当店入荷後にすり合わせされており、7割程の残りです。
ネック及びトラスロッドの状態も良好となっております。

Heritage Guitars is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA, and continues to manufacture handmade instruments using traditional methods.
With a wide lineup including Les Paul-style solid-body guitars, semi-acoustic guitars, and full-acoustic guitars, the brand remains popular with a loyal fan base 40 years after its launch in 1985.
This guitar is an early model, the "H-140," manufactured at the Kalamazoo factory in 1986.
The wood construction is a beautifully grained one-piece curly maple top, a one-piece mahogany body, a mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard.
The unique body shape resembles a slimmer Les Paul, and the thin body back material makes it relatively lightweight at 3.88 kg.
The neck grip has a slim shape, and combined with the deep cutaway, access to the high positions is smooth, making for excellent playability.
The pickups are two original Schaller Humbucking pickups. These vintage-PAF-style pickups produce an impressive, lustrous, thick, and clear sound.
The exterior shows scratches, dents, cracks and chips in the paint, weather checking, dullness and rust on parts, etc.
Some of the control knobs have been replaced.
The frets were leveled after arriving at our store, and about 70% remain.
The neck and truss rod are also in good condition.
