当時のカタログ表記はありませんが、チェンバード・ボディとなっておりとても軽量で豊かな鳴りが特長です。
エイジドカラーのディッシュ・インレイやヴィンテージ・クルーソンタイプのペグが文字通りクラシカルな印象を与え、'00年頃までのモデルとは異なる「Les Paul MODEL」のヘッドのシルクスクリーンが嬉しい仕様です。
ピックアップはオープンタイプのハムバッカー「496R & 500T」をマウント。
パワフルなセラミック・マグネットを使用し、豊かな中域と歪みの乗りの良さが魅力です。
経年により塗装やパーツの傷みが見受けられます。
当店入荷時フレットすり合わせを施工し、凹みなく快適な演奏性に調整済、現状のネック＆トラスロッドのコンディション良好です。

The Les Paul is Gibson's flagship solid electric guitar model.
This "Classic" model was manufactured in 2006, recreating the style of the 1960s.
It combines a plain maple top and mahogany back body with a mahogany neck with a "1960 Slim Taper" profile.
Although there is no mention of it in the catalog from that time, it has a chambered body that is very lightweight and has a rich sound.
The aged-colored dish inlays and vintage Kluson-type tuning machines give it a classic look, and the silkscreened "Les Paul MODEL" head is a nice touch, as it's different from models up until around 2000.
The pickups are open-type humbuckers "496R & 500T".
They use powerful ceramic magnets, and are attractive for their rich midrange and excellent distortion.
There is some damage to the paint and parts due to aging.
When it arrived at our store, the frets were filed and adjusted for comfortable playability without dents, and the current condition of the neck and truss rod is good.
This lightweight instrument has a unique grained top and a really cool honey burst color. Don't miss out!
