SG Specialをベースにアレンジが加えられた「SG-X」は、ブリッジポジションにハムバッカーを1つだけマウントしたシンプルなデザインが特長のモデルです。
コイルタップ機能を搭載し、クリアなサウンドからパワフルでラウドなサウンドまで対応するロックなスタイルが格好良いです。
また、24フレット指板を採用し、アグレッシヴなハイトーンの演奏に対応します。
こちらは1998年の限定カラー「サマー・スペシャルズ」のひとつである「コロナ・イエロー」フィニッシュがさらに個性的。
指板にエボニーを使用している点も見逃せません。
Roland GKシンセドライバーを取り付けしていた痕があり、現在はねじ穴は埋めてあります。
年代相応の塗装やパーツの傷みなどの使用感がございます。

This is a variation model of the "SG," Gibson's flagship solid electric lineup alongside the Les Paul. This is a rare color model made in 1998.
The "SG-X," an arrangement based on the SG Special, features a simple design with only one humbucker mounted in the bridge position.
It is equipped with a coil tap function and has a cool rock style that can handle everything from clear sounds to powerful, loud sounds.
It also features a 24-fret fingerboard, allowing for aggressive high-tone playing.
This guitar comes in a Corona Yellow finish, which was one of the 1998 limited edition "Summer Specials" colors, giving it even more personality.
Another thing not to be missed is the use of ebony for the fingerboard.
There are traces of where a Roland GK synth driver was installed, but the screw holes have now been filled in.
There is some wear and tear such as paint damage and damage to parts appropriate to the instrument's age.
When it arrives at our store, the frets are filed and adjusted for a smooth and comfortable playability.
